Zeevron ("we", "us") is a growth strategy consulting firm. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, engage our services, or correspond with us.
We collect information you provide directly - your name, email address, company name, role, phone number, and any details you share through our contact, brief-download, partner-application, or readiness-quiz forms. We also collect basic technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent) to improve the site and detect abuse.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the engagement you've signed up for, send the brief or report you requested, improve our services, and - only if you've explicitly opted in - send occasional updates. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We share data only with vendors who help us run the business - e.g. our email provider, hosting infrastructure (Render, MongoDB Atlas, Vercel), payment processor (Razorpay), and analytics provider (Google Analytics 4, which receives anonymised page-view and event data). Each is bound by their own privacy commitments. We may disclose information if required by Indian law or to protect against fraud.
We retain enquiry data for as long as it's reasonably useful for the engagement and for our legitimate business records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing gyan@zeevron.com.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for any optional communication. We aim to respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard safeguards - TLS in transit, hashed passwords, restricted database access, and audit logging on the admin panel. No system is perfectly secure; we'll inform affected users promptly if a breach occurs.
We use essential cookies (session, CSRF) to keep you signed in and to protect form submissions. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site - which pages they read, which calls-to-action they engage with, and where they drop off. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. The dashboard uses local storage to remember your preferences on your own device.
We may revise this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
