Growth strategy: EU deals, merchant onboarding, and +72% sales.

Beyond store and search visibility, a large part of our work is the growth engine itself: go-to-market, sales and referral systems, pricing and product-led growth. Four anonymized engagements, from an EU-selling platform to an EdTech launch.

Beyond store and search visibility, a large part of our work is the growth engine itself: go-to-market strategy, sales and referral systems, product-led growth, pricing, funnel and drop-off analysis, and the offline and influencer motions that scale a business. Four anonymized engagements are drawn from that work, described by sector only.

EOR and global-hiring platform: 5 EU clients in one month

An Employer-of-Record and global-hiring platform selling into international markets. We built a complete referral system moving leads along the full employee-to-founder path, an inbound motion powered by an analyzer tool that earns citations on AI and generative-search surfaces (GEO), and an outbound motion powered by a personalized outreach engine built with AI agents. The result: five international EU clients closed in a single month, driven by the combined referral, inbound and outbound systems working as one pipeline.

SME point-of-sale fintech: 10 merchants in 3 weeks, +23% revenue

A point-of-sale software platform for small and medium merchants. We stood up a repeatable, coached sales engine, a standardized sales pitch, a merchant onboarding kit, and a pricing redesign restructured to fit merchant size. Ten merchants were onboarded in just three weeks, and company revenue increased by 23%.

D2C FMCG brand: +45% sales in two months

A direct-to-consumer consumer-goods brand. We pulled four growth levers in parallel, a product bundle system, an offline weekend retail push, an online sales-marketing push, and a micro-influencer program, all feeding a new product-release strategy. Sales rose 45% over the two-month engagement.

EdTech platform: +72% course sales in two months

An EdTech company launching a new online program. We owned the build end to end: course structure, pricing system, student targeting, mentor recruitment and onboarding (15 mentors), and the entire sales structure, including a campus-ambassador program and a referral system where every new enrolment seeded the next. Course sales increased 72% over a two-month period.
